The Kliek was a Nederbeat band that existed between 1987 and 1996, a period in which sixties music was not very popular at all. This meant The Kliek was condemned to a life in the underground, a fact that did not withhold them from playing across the whole of Europe in their 10 years of existence. Especially in Spain and Germany they were surprisingly popular. On these pages I will try to collect as much information as I can on this shamefully underappreciated band.
